私隱政策 Privacy Policy

1. 數據收集1. Data Collection

本服務由 WETECHAI LIMITED（「資料使用者」）營運。我們收集用戶帳戶資訊（電郵地址）、提交紀錄所需資料（例如姓名、地區、聯絡片段及租住證明）以進行審核、風險提示及合規處理。Web 付款由 AirWallex 處理；iOS/Android App 內購買由 Apple 或 Google 處理。 The Service is operated by WETECHAI LIMITED (the "data user"). We collect user account information (email address) and the data required for record submissions (such as names, districts, contact fragments and proof of tenancy) for moderation, risk alerts and compliance processing. Web payments are handled by AirWallex; in-app purchases on iOS/Android are handled by Apple or Google.

2. 數據使用2. Use of Data

個人資訊僅用於驗證提交紀錄、聯絡用戶、提供租務查詢服務、付款處理、審核、濫用防範及法律合規。我們不會出售個人數據。 Personal information is used only to verify submitted records, contact users, provide rental search services, process payments, moderate content, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. We never sell personal data.

3. 數據保護3. Data Protection

本應用程式使用業界標準加密技術保護傳輸中嘅數據。服務器端使用 Supabase PostgreSQL 數據庫及行級安全 (RLS) 政策，確保用戶只能存取自己嘅數據。 The application protects data in transit with industry-standard encryption. The server side uses a Supabase PostgreSQL database with Row Level Security (RLS) policies, ensuring users can only access their own data.

4. 數據保留期4. Data Retention

租務紀錄、審核紀錄及交易紀錄會按合規、爭議處理及法定保留要求保存。用戶可要求刪除、匯出或更正資料；部分紀錄可能需要保留或匿名化。 Rental records, moderation records and transaction records are retained as required for compliance, dispute resolution and statutory retention obligations. Users may request deletion, export or correction of their data; some records may need to be retained or anonymised.

5. 自動數據收集5. Automatic Data Collection

應用程式可能收集基本診斷、使用情況及推送通知 token，以提供安全通知及改善服務。公開紀錄預設遮蔽姓名、地址、證據及提交者資料。 The application may collect basic diagnostics, usage data and push notification tokens to deliver security notifications and improve the service. Public records mask names, addresses, evidence and submitter details by default.

如啟用網站流量分析，我們使用 Google Analytics 量度公開頁面閱讀、內容入口點擊，以及註冊、付款確認、查詢完成和提交紀錄等使用情況。分析標籤可能使用 cookies 及裝置等技術資訊。我們不會把姓名、電郵、地址、搜尋字串、紀錄內容或個人紀錄識別碼傳入分析事件；網址參數及片段亦會移除。付款確認數字須配合實際交易及信用分紀錄理解。 When website analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics to measure public page views, content-entry clicks, registration, payment confirmation, completed queries and record submissions. The tag may use cookies and technical device information. We do not pass names, email addresses, addresses, search terms, record content or private record identifiers into analytics events; URL parameters and fragments are removed. Payment-confirmation counts must be interpreted alongside actual transactions and credit grants.

6. 兒童私隱6. Children's Privacy

本服務針對 18 歲或以上人士。我們不會有意收集未成年人資料；若發現違規，將優先限制公開並處理刪除或更正。 This service is intended for persons aged 18 or above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if a violation is found, we will prioritise restricting publication and process deletion or correction.

7. 用戶權利（PDPO Cap.486）7. User Rights (PDPO Cap.486)

根據香港個人資料（私隱）條例，用戶有權查閱、更正及要求刪除個人數據。你可於 App 或按刪除帳戶指引提交請求，或聯繫 privacy@wecredithk.com。 Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, users have the right to access, correct and request deletion of their personal data. You can submit a request in the app, follow the account deletion guide, or contact privacy@wecredithk.com.

8. 第三方服務商8. Third-Party Service Providers

付款由 AirWallex 處理（符合 PCI-DSS），後端使用 Supabase 及 Google Gemini AI（用於內容審核）。這些服務商有各自嘅私隱政策。 Payments are processed by AirWallex (PCI-DSS compliant); the backend uses Supabase and Google Gemini AI (for content moderation). These providers have their own privacy policies.

9. 政策更新9. Policy Updates

本私隱政策可能隨時更新。重大更改將通過應用程式通知用戶。繼續使用表示同意更新後嘅政策。 This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be notified to users via the application. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
